We invite guests to arrive from 12.30 to 1pm for canapés @ a glass of fiz

Lunch will be served at 1pm

To begin
Cream of celeriac soup topped with wild mushrooms & pancetta

Cod, crab & smoked salmon terrine with a wasabi dressing

Tea smoked Duck, pulled ham & pickled cucumber, sesame seed Beef capaccio with a trio of sauces – orange, wholegrain & beetroot
